Doctor Strange
Doctor Strange
Etched with equations that justify Doctor Strange's super powers. Scroll down for the full description.
"Doctor Strange" is drawn with some science to justify his super powers.
Reference model is comic book artist Matthew Clark.
Cloak: Dr. Strange's Cloak gives him the power of levitation. For this, I used the data for the superconductor, Nb3Sn which is used with magnetic levitation.
Placement of properties of Nobium-tin:
The trim of the gold threading as well as the arms of the cloak are drawn with Nb3Sn
The inner portion of the gold trim is drawn with 18.3K, the critical temperature of Nb3Sn
Portions of the hood are drawn with 30 Teslas, which is the amount of Teslas Nb3Sn can withstand.
Record current density of 2643 A/mm² @ 12T &4.2K
4.2 K average temperature use of Nb3Sn
Doctor Strange is drawn with the formula to ascertain the level of “strangeness” in quantum particles. In particle physics, strangeness S is a property of particles, expressed as a quantum number, for describing decay of particles in strong and electromagnetic reactions, which occur in a short period of time. The strangeness of a particle is defined as:
Doctor Strange's eyes are drawn with the numbers of the clock, 1 – 12, as is his hair.
Spiral Galaxy: Drawn with the Fibonacci's sequence along the spiral turns of each arm. The sequence reaches 75025 at it's highest point.
Lightning Bolts: The lightning bolts emmited from Dr. Strange's hands are drawn with the following data:
Up to 500 megajules of energy for a single lead of lightning.
30,000 amperage or 30KA current in a single lead.
An average of 20,000 (or 20k) °C
140,000 mph
Fine Art Print Options:
Paper prints are printed on fine art luster paper and are under an archival mat, perfect for beautiful framing.

Canvas prints are coated with 3 layers of UV glaze to protect from fading. Open edition canvas prints are signed by the artist, and stretched on 3/4" wood bars and are ready to hang with two nails or screws.
Limited Edition canvas prints are stretched on 2" - 2.5" wood bars and are wired and ready to hang.
Limited Edition Canvas prints are signed, numbered and dated, come with a magnifying glass and a certificate of authenticity, which includes the limited information and a full description of the numbers used to draw the piece.
